What Causes Severe Pain In Back Along With Nausea?

I have had a successful 3 level back fusion L2 through S1- I have fallen this evening directly on my back and in excruciating pain- surgery was 6 years ago and no pain like this since then. I have been taking 1-2 5 mg hydrocodone of and on since I broke my shoulder some moths back. This isn t even touching actually making me nauseaous. What should I do

I really appreciate your concern, in physical injury demands the great care, and if this is orthopedic one then this may last long because it takes more time for healing you have to be in follow up care need to be taken for what the advised given by doctor, in my opinion better to have opinion from orthopedic surgeon, hope this information helps, take care.
