What Causes Severe Pain In Back And Calf Muscles?

hi doctor I am suffering from severe back ache and pain in the calf of the leg in the begining the pain was not that bad and I told my G.P that my thighs are numb she never paid attention and gave me strong painkillers and after that I got a very severe pain in my left leg and I went to another G.P she sent me for m.r.i and the result was I had arthritis in vertebral and two or three bones had been damaged I go for physiotherapy but nothing has helped me and my backache is getting worse I take 1000 mg paracetamol 4 times and dilcofeneic and something to save my stomach lining I am on medicine for nearly 9 months
