Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe pain in back and stomach along with nausea . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like celiac disease , endometriosis , fibromyalgia , kidney stones , ovarian cyst or urinary tract infection . I would suggest you to consult gynecologist for proper examination . Doctor may order ultrasound and treat it accordingly . Doctor may also refer you to urologist for UTI or nephroloist for kidney problem . For now apply warm compresses to back , take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and avoid food that cause bloating like cabbage and broccoli . Drink green tea with ginger .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
