What Causes Severe Pain In Back Of Thigh When Getting Orgasm?

hello, I'm a woman in her early 60's. In the last few years, right when I get an orgasm (my husband masturbates me, or I do it myself) I get a severe pain in the back of my right thigh. I cramp I guess. It hurts, spoils the enjoyment, and interrupts activities for up to 5 minutes. What could this be from?
