What Causes Severe Pain In Between Shoulder Blades And Neck?

I am a housekeeper I had a 2 1/2 tumor removed 9 years ago. I did surgery and radiation. I had to go back to work 6 months later. Had problems with left shoulder. My back also got fried from radiation. My right hand started hurting real bad went all up from hand to neck. I had surgery on my hand. Wish they did it 3 years earlier. Besides my neck hurting bad my back In the middle between my shoulder blades. Both my feet and hands up go numb. Also then I had bad pain from my knees to my groin. I was on pain med. I am hurting so bad!!!!!! I just can lay there it hurts so bad. I can t move my arms. Stabbing bad 7 circle In back

Hello,

A few causes of your pain between shoulders as well as neck are spondylitis of dorsal and cervical spine, excessive immobility especially after a major surgery, tuberculosis of spine or any tumor compressing cord. Please do consult a physician and have a thorough clinical examination done. Some investigations like x ray and MRI may be needed.

Till then you can take pain meds like ibuprofen daily once only if you are not above 65yrs of age. If you are above 65 years. Please avoid ibuprofen and use Tramadol twice daily or paracetamol twice daily.
