What Causes Severe Pain In Calf Muscles After Recovering From Fever?

I have had a fever on and off for 2 days, yesterday it stopped and I went to school, My legs felt weak, I walked up stairs and walked around town a lot, last night my calves started to hurt but this morning i cant even walk because they hurt so bad. what do i do?
