General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I agree with your doctor that the symptoms seem to be related to growing pain. I recommend to so an X-ray of the legs to exclude other diagnosis. Meanwhile, I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain. I also suggest using magnesium supplement and warm compresses at the painful area.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
