What Causes Severe Pain In Chest, Upper And Lower Back?

Hi, I am a male of 36 years old. I have pain in my upper chest area, below and above the breast. sometime in the right chest, sometimes in the left and at times around the central area. I feel as if a heavy load is placed on my chest. I also feel the pain in my Lower and upper back, actually the pain started with the back pain.
