Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of severe pain in ears with tiredness and decreased appetite which is something you should be concerned about. Avoid touching or pricking ears with any sharp object and maintain complete hygiene. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for perfect diagnosis and treatment . Doctor may use pneumatic otoscopy for diagnosis of infection along with other tests like tympanometry, acoustic reflectometry or tympanocentesis. If infection will be there doctor may prescribe antibiotic course along with ear drops . For now take ibuprofen (if not allergic ) or paracetamol for pain and swelling.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
