What Causes Severe Pain In Elbows Radiating To Finger Tips While On Carbimazole?

Hi I was diagnosed with hypathyroidism recently and 3 weeks ago started taking carimazole but tho morning was told to stop taking them over the weekend as the pain in both my hands from elbow to fingertips is unbearable it has now spread to my shoulders down I m really worried also my legs are in so much pain I don t want to waste docs time by going to a&e but I really am in agony constantly what should I do please help me thankyou.
