What Causes Severe Pain In Eye?

Ive snorted painkillers for about 15 years and now almost every day i get this pain behind my right eye it feels like someone is ripping my eye out and i almost pass out and i cant function and its been almost a year since i stopped i just want to know if this is caused from the painkillers
