Hi dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern.

The symptoms you mention in query needs medical attention . Usually jaw pain and jaw tightness is experiencing by people suffering from sinusitis and these symptoms subside with completion of treatment of sinusitis . But in your case you are on the verge of completion of antibiotics course and ja pain is still there . Moreover you have history of osteomyelitis , in such case infection like sinusitis can trigger the infection of bone to spread , I would suggest you to consult oral surgeon and ENT specialist again for proper evaluation of condition . Doctor may order CT scan for diagnosis or extend the course of antibiotics . Doctor may also prescribe stronger antibiotics . Till then give warm compresses to jaw and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
