What Causes Severe Pain In Joints Along With Liver Inflammation?

I was overdosed on Grailse in 2013, I was prescribed to stop gabapitine and start 2400 mg of Grailse. With in the first 5 days I knew something was not right, at 9 days I called my Dr and he said go to the Er, I dismay blood pressure was 198/89 and the Dr said I was just having a panic attack even though I had lost 10 lbs and had not slept in 3 days along with many other symptoms. a week later I lost vision while driving, oh i stopped the grails and got back on my regular dose of Gabapitine, anyway I was taken to the hospital where after 3 days of being in there they decided to take my gallbladder out. about 2 weeks after being home I woke up with blood coming out of my belly button my Surgeon said it was fine. I then lost vision again and ended up back in the ER with very high lipase and liver tests, they again sent me home. I was back in about 2 weeks after that with pancreatitis, where I stayed 2 weeks. I was having sand am still having severe side and back pain. Have no energy and have seen so many doctors none can tell me what is wrong. now my joints hurt and I am on Fentanyl patches for the pain. I had a live biopsy done 2 months ago and it came back with uncertain abnormalities and inflammation. Could all of this be a result from the overdose? Since that is when it all started? I m at a loss here. I m 38 years old and have always been a health active person, through all of this I have lost my Business, can not work, because I don t know if its going to be a good or bad day, and had to move in with my mom. Thanks Ashley

Hi,

The recurrent attacks of vision lost on transient basis, pancreatitis, gall bladder inflammation are part of underlying auto immune disorder which is also giving pain in joints and liver inflammation as well. Needs a detailed work up with expert immunologist, who will be best person to handle such rare issue which is not diagnosed over a period of time with multiple co morbid conditions.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
