What Causes Severe Pain In Joints Of Elbows, Shoulders And Back?

I have a lot of arthritis bringing with it pain in all my joints. It s very painful, especially my elbows, shoulders, back of neck, lower back,.hips. Knees have been replaced 14 years ago but are getting painful, too. My whole body aches. Should I be having PT? Any suggestions? Thank you. (I am 81 yrs old)

it can be rheumatoid arthritis an autoimune disease. can take nasid and low dose steroid with tapering
