What Causes Severe Pain In Left Knee And Shoulder?

My husband has painful knees and shoulders.Left knee i s worse. He is on nabumatal, but was worse this morning.His hands and wrist were stiff and swollen. It is hard for him to get out of a chair or Walk. This has been coming on for two weeks.What is it?

I really appreciate your concern, looking to history given here it could be arthritis condition it may need some investigation for confirmation with clinical examination till then it can be well managed with Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day hope this information helps.
