What Causes Severe Pain In Left Shoulder With Blurred Vision And Breathing Difficulty?

Hello, I have severe pain in my left shoulder, around my shoulder blade and my left arm feels tingly. Also severe neck pain, blury vision, very short of breath, feels like I can t take a proper deep breath and a lot of chest pain on my left side. Feels kind of like a panic attack but much much worse. Feel very confused and anxious. Am I ok?

Hi, What is your age? These symptoms may be assocated with cardiac ilnesss or may be a muscle pull. Flatulence and hyperacidity may also give rise to such symptoms.
