What Causes Severe Pain In Leg?

Not sure what I did, but can't seem to put any weight on my right leg . . . can't seem to straighten out my leg without a lot of pain . . . worse yesterday than today. Burning sensation mostly . . . pain seems to radiate out from inside of knee outward
