Hi and welcome to HCM.
I'm Dr. Taimur and I will be addressing your health concerns.
I have read your question and understand your concern.
The main side effect of family planning methods is the
hormonal imbalance especially after oral contraceptives.
Dydogesterone is the safest and most widely used drug for irregular menstrual cycles as well as
infertility that is failure to conceive. It's structure is somewhat similar to body's own hormone
progesterone which helps in conceiving.
Another point is the age so it is not so high as most women are fertile and can conceive till around 45 years. Correction of hormonal imbalance takes some time and you have to be patient and regularly take your medicine.
The last thing is the weight so 133 kg is quite high and it will be better to lose some weight not just for
pregnancy but for your general health and wellbeing.
I hope this might be of some help, if you have any query feel free to ask me any time.
Thanks.
Dr. Taimurp
