What Causes Severe Pain In Legs And Arms Along With Lower Back Pain?

I have had severe pain in my legs and arms and lower back. I am taking Dilaudid 4mg and it will not touch my pain. I cry in pain a lot and getting depressed. My r-leg will give way while walking so use a cane. Had MRI went to Neurologist- He looked at history and said since I have diabetes type 2(controlled) Diagnosed 2 years ago and high blood pressure( also diagnosed 2 years ago. He said I had diabetic neuropathy. I do not have any pain in hands and feet only cramps and cold all over body. He said mri was fine only some blocked veins but everybody has them at my age. He took 5 minutes with me. I have had fibromyalgia for 20 years and he said the pain in my body was caused by that. I also have chronic Lymes diesese, had Legioneers disease, Three ft long parasites removed. Had trauma to liver from gallbladder removal. I also have Thyroid disease. I also laugh out loud and cry at times like deep depression. Should I go to another doctor and see if this is something else?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi and welcome to HCM.
I'm Dr. Taimur and I will be addressing your health concerns.
I have read your question and understand your concern.

The main side effect of family planning methods is the hormonal imbalance especially after oral contraceptives.
Dydogesterone is the safest and most widely used drug for irregular menstrual cycles as well as infertility that is failure to conceive. It's structure is somewhat similar to body's own hormone progesterone which helps in conceiving.
Another point is the age so it is not so high as most women are fertile and can conceive till around 45 years. Correction of hormonal imbalance takes some time and you have to be patient and regularly take your medicine.
The last thing is the weight so 133 kg is quite high and it will be better to lose some weight not just for pregnancy but for your general health and wellbeing.

I hope this might be of some help, if you have any query feel free to ask me any time.
Thanks.
Dr. Taimurp
