What Causes Severe Pain In Legs Of An Infant While Walking?

My son is a year old and he has been walking since he was about 8 months old he has a lot of pain in his legs and they will randomly give out and cause him to fall. He is bow legged and his feet turn in a little when he walks, he has had xrays and they said his bones are fine, what else could this be?

* As per my clinical experience, the leg cramps in infant of 1 year may be related to

- calcium deficiency
- other nutritional deficiency of proteins or others

* Kindly remain in regular follow up with his pediatrician for best evaluation of developmental milestones and further guidelines accordingly.
