What Causes Severe Pain In Lower Abdomen Along With Nausea?
My girlfriend work up in the middle of the night yesterday in pain. She said her stomach felt swollen and she was nauseous and felt like she was going to vomit, but didn t. Her kidneys feel sore and bloated. Her pelvis also hurts and is sore in the front back and sides. Her urine is also dark in color. Any thought?

I really appreciate your concern, her pain could be related with the renal colic and chances of stone is very likely and it needs to be investigated so better get done the plain x-ray abdomen with complete urine examination till then condition can be treated with 'Tab Acetaminophen with Dicyclomine" three times in day "Tab Domperidone 30 mg" three times in day, hope this information helps.
