What Causes Severe Pain In Lower Abdomen And Back When With A History Of Kidney Stones?
I have had kidney stones several times the last being 2.5 yrs ago in which they had to be lazered. Thus time I m having 4 days of sever lower pain on my left back side which I haven t had before. Not like previous times with kidney stones. What could it be?

The ureteric stones may produce this type of pain, which is more common.
I would advise
To consult a urologist, get ultrasound scan done to rule out stones.
Small stones may be treated with medications, hence early diagnosis will provide fruitful results.
