What Causes Severe Pain In Lower Abdomen Post Medical Abortion?

Hello Sir , my wife had 6 months pregnant. for abortion she take mifegest 1st single pill. & after 18 hours she takes 2nd dose contain two pills. then after 2 hour proper bleeding occur. she had not take rest two last pills.is it right? After a week she suffered with bleeding disorders.7-8 days irregular bleeding. now after a month she have swear pain in lower abdomen. she felt that uterus come out side with swear pain. I am in tension kindly help me.

I really appreciate your concern. Abortion after 20 weeks of pregnancy is not medically advisable. Oral abortion kit must not be used for this purpose. There are chances of incomplete abortion in it. You have to consult an obstetrician immediately and have ultrasonography done. Pain in lower abdomen could be because of incomplete abortion and retained products of fetus.
