What Causes Severe Pain In Lower Abdomen, Shoulder And Neck?

I HAVE BEEN HAVING SEVERE LOWER ABDOMINALPAINS FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS NOW OFF AND ON THIS PASS WEEK THE PAIN HAS BEEN MORE FREQUENT AND I HAVING PAIN IN MY SHOULDER AND NECK. I ALSO BEEN HAVING CHEST PAINS OF AND ON AS WELL AND I STRANGE PULSATING IN MY LOWER ABDOMEN ON THE RIGHT SIDE I FEEL LIKE IM FALLING APART..WHAT COULD THIS BE?

There are several factors that might be the cause and it is hard and not correct from us to say the cause. I recommend you to be seen by your doctor for a check up and an abdominal ultrasound to find the exact cause.
