What Causes Severe Pain In Lower Abdomen While Standing?

Hi, Jody Freeman, On Thursday Feb 13th 2014, I got up from the sofa and had a severe pain in middle of lower abdonimal area. a dull pain all the time. Pain worsen when standing, coughing, A lot of pressure feels like my insides are going to fall out. I had colon cancer in 2011.Thanks,Jody Freeman

Hi,
From history it seems that this pain might be due to having secondary spreading to mesenteric lymph nodes or other adjoining organs or structures.
Consult Gastro-enterologist or treating doctor of cancer.
