What Causes Severe Pain In Lower Abdomen With Missed Periods?

I haven t had a period in 2 months and I m having extreme pain in my lower stomach that last about 5 seconds every hour but I ve taken 5 pregnancy tests and they all come back negative so I don t know what s wrong with me and I don t have money to go to a doctor.

Hello,

Severe pain in the lower abdomen with missed periods may be due to various gynecological conditions like PID, ovarian cyst, pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy, fibroids, endometriosis, hormonal issues, peri menopausal symptoms, etc. Other conditions that cause such symptoms are IBS, constipation, etc. Avoid addictions if any. Stay away from stressful lifestyle.

You are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynecologist, get blood tests, urinalysis and imaging tests to detect the factor causing you discomfort. You will be treated accordingly. In the meantime, you can take PPIs or Spasmol (spasmoproxyvon), one sos when needed after food to ease pain. Get treated at the earliest.
