What Causes Severe Pain In Lower Arm Post Injury?
Fell down stairs Monday, hit lower left arm on wooden edge of step. Thought it was broken, after a& e four hours, told wasn t broken, went home in a lot of pain. Now a week later I can t sleep as I am getting cramp in muscle of the arm all night, so painful. Dent in skin and painful swelling below this. very painful all day but cramps all night. How can I stop these please? Neurophen doesn t help.

The swelling below the dent is caused by haematoma which got infected which causes severe pain. Cramps could be due to Sciatica .treatment for infected swelling tab moxi625 bd for 7 days, tab ciproTZ bd for 7 days, for sciatica &cramps &inflammatory swelling Diclo spt MR Tramadol ,omeprazol20mg tds,cap Bcomlex tds
