HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Pain in the back can be related to the bones or muscles in the back . It can also be due to neuropathy (abnormal nerve function) or referred from organs in the abdomen.

If you are not having any abdominal symptoms then it is not likely due to any problems with the abdomen.

It would be best to see your doctor for an assessment which would include examination of the back and abdomen.

Imaging may be needed. Treatment would depend on the cause found.

I hope this helps
