General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms are indicative of developing sciatica. You are suggested to take NSAIDs, after food to get relieve from pain and discomfort. Get clinically examined by a GP. Get few tests like walking on your toes or heels, trying to lift one leg at at a time while lying on your back on bed, rising up from squatting position, doing such moves will increase the pain if you have sciatica.

You should also get X-ray, CT/MRI, EMG done to confirm nerve root problems and also to rule out any developing slip disc that is causing you symptoms. You may be referred to a neurologist for further nerve study in detail. Get Nerve biopsy, Nerve conduction velocity tests, blood test done. Meanwhile, make sure to take food that is rich in vitamin B3, B6, and B12. You can even take supplements.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
