What Causes Severe Pain In Lower Left Abdomen?
having pain on my lower left side. have had it for over a year..Dr did a colonscopy and said everything was fine..My symptoms are severe pain on lower left side and today I noticed that when the pain hit me I had a knot about the size of a silver dollar sticking out..Couldn t stand to touch it and then about a hour later it disappeared. This was the first time I have noticed this. I went to my female doctor thinking it was ovary pain and they did a ultra sound and everything looked fine. bar

From history it seems that there might be having developing inguinal hernia and producing Bubonecele.
When some part of intestine or abdominal fat comes out through weak inguinal ring producing lump and severe pain.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Avoid constipation and cough reflex which might aggravate your problem.
