What Causes Severe Pain In My Lower Right Abdomen?

I've had a pain in my lower right stomach for about 3 days now. It started off fairly bad, its still there but the severity of it comes and goes, depending on what I'm doing. I'm also consistently nauseous and dizzy. I went to the doctor 2 days ago and they took blood and everything, and didnt see anything. They wanted a catscan, but I cant afford it. As you have been already investegated including ?USG and other routine tests but diagnosis is still not confirmed..you should be hospitalized for any acute emergancy. If you cant afford then wait for 1-2 days only after hospitalization.
