What Causes Severe Pain In My Neck Shoulder And Hands?

Hi Im 46 yrs old on my right side my neck shoulder and all the way down to my hand is in severe pain. Its a pulsateing pain and a constant ache. My neck and shoulders have been hurting severly for a couple of weeks. Not sure if this has anything to do with the pain above mentioned but my legs like in my muscles hurt. To the point I cant even touch them.

Any advice please let me know. Not sure what to do. Thank you
