What Causes Severe Pain In Neck, Back And Chest?

It is 1:50 pm May 4th, a wednesday.
I woke from sleep around 3 am May 2nd, a monday.
I had awakened with severe pains in my neck, back and chest.
The doctors knew nothing of what it could be.
It quickly worsened to my entire body aching.
I can't move.
I am so thirsty and hungry but nothing i consume satisfies me.
I lay down it hurts, I st it hurts, i stand it hurts.
The room gets dizzy.
Sometimes I feel like i have to vomit.
My period came in today, but it is unusual.
Blood is pouring out like water heavily rather than the usual cycle.
I have had unprotected sex 3 times within the past three weeks.
But none of this add up.
What is wrong with me?
