What Causes Severe Pain In Neck Joints And Fingers Along With Tiredness?

I cant spell good so bare with me.. I been having joint pains in my hands finger and neck..my legs are tighting up alot latley. And its starting bring me down..I cant work much eny more and I keep getting tired..I had test done for arthritis other stuff come bk normal..I don't feel with.it. im not depressed

I really appreciate your concern, such join may be due to some febrile condition and this need to be ruled out and if this is unremarkable or not detected then it could be normal one and this is nothing to worry and this can be best managed with "Tab Diclofenac 50" once in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
