What Causes Severe Pain In Neck Radiating To Arms?

hi im 27 and have the implanon impant for 6 months, ive recently started getting severe neck pain which goes down my arm to my elbow it seems to radiate around the implant, also had a strange line appear around my arm and lined up exactly where the implant was inserted, any info would be much apprecaited
