What Causes Severe Pain In Neck?

respected sir ,imsuffering from neck pain a very severe one ,i have shown to many doctors but nothing helped,but recently i visited a doctor who recomnded me 3 medicines "persilex,viminta,and milborn-50 .this medication has helped me ,bt someone told me that it is psychiatric medicne given to me ,

sir bt the doctor is not expaining me anything ,can you please help me by telling me that if this combination of medicine is psychiatric or not ,and if yes then how should i get rid of it and use other non psychiatric way to cure my neck pain.
