Hello and welcome to HCM,
Lower back ache is a common problem seen in multi-parous women.
Common causes of lower back ache are muscle spasm/ muscle strain, arthritis, disc protrusion etc.
A clinical assessment and relevant investigations like X-ray and MRI of lower back are required to know the status of the lower vertebral column and surrounding soft tissue.
Associated leg pain can be due to compression of nerve supplying the leg.
MRI can help in determining any compression of the nerve.
I suggest you to consult an orthopedician for clinical assessment and thus management.

Thanks and take care
