What Causes Severe Pain In Right Leg And Knee Cap Swelling?

Hi, I have been in severe pain with my right leg, start with my knee,then travels upwards to my groin then it seems to hurt on the outer side of my leg as well, sometimes swells around my knee cap, this happens after strenuiose activities like moving house, lifting boxes, walking etc

I would suggest you to go for MRI leg to make a clear diagnosis of the case. This is imporatnt to diagnose accuretly and initiate the treatment.
There may be some findings in circulatory sysytem that is causing pain and swelling.
