What Causes Severe Pain In Right Ovary?

my fiancee's proposed ovulation date was from the 31st jan - 5th feb. we had sex on the 2nd and 3rd feb and now she is getting really bad pains in her right ovary. PLEASE can somebody tell me what this is??? we have tried to conceive before but she has never experienced this pain whilst ovulating!!
