What Causes Severe Pain In Right Side Of Stomach After Eating?

Hi I m 19 I have bad stomach pain in the right hand side and it goes into my back iv been severing for weeks but it seems to be getting worse to the point were I cant even poo now the pain seems to get really bad after iv eaten especially anything fattening what should I do?

Please go for ultrasound abdomen empty stomach for gallbladder and endoscopy as well as barium meal study.take bland fat free diet,active tension free life and go to antacids and anticholinergic tablets.
