What Causes Severe Pain In Shin And Heel?

I have had pains in both my shins for the last 2 weeks while playing my hockey matches and during training. They aren t sore until I stop playing e.g during half time then for the rest of the match I will be sore. It feels like the bones are sore and not the muscles so much and if I touch a part of my lower shin bone it hurts. In the last few days I have also contracted a pain at the back of my heel bone. I m thinking it may be shin splints but I m not sure and if I go to a physio what treatment would I get? Feedback would be great thank you

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the painful condition then it need to managed with medicines first and best drug would be Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac once in day if the medicines fails to work then condition needs investigations for to know the underlying causes hope this information helps.
