What Causes Severe Pain In Shin And Lower Back?

HI, I am having shin pains while running. I play cricket regularly and from past few days, i am having shin pain and lower back pain. I feel sometimes I am weak. Could you please let me know how to get rid of shin pain as it is very severe. Even when i walk i feel the pain.

Just stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain. If it persists then meet orthopedic surgeon.
