What Causes Severe Pain In Shoulder And Thoracic Region?

yes, I have been diagnosed with pleurisy, severe shoulder pain on right side, thoracic pain is also severe, my blood pressure was 144 or 106 today, my doctor is running more blood tests. I have a doctor who I work for who thinks ?? pulminary embolism, my PCP has not accepted that? should I request test, I spent 10 hours in ER first doctor couldn't come up with anything, second doctor said muscle skeletal, had MRI Tspine, nothing but arthritis showed up????
