What Causes Severe Pain In Shoulders, Neck And Lungs?

I was taken to er room 3 days ago after fainting. I have been very fatiqued and was dizzy and had excruciating shoulder pain and pains in my lungs, also neck pain. They said i had vertigo . My lungs and shoulders are hurting worse should i go back in.
