What Causes Severe Pain In Stomach And Back Along With Light Vaginal Spotting?
I m late getting my depo shot ( not sure how late ),I no longer want to continue it . For about 2 weeks I ve been having HORRIBLE stomach pains, back pains and now I randomly but not too often have to poo really bad . I seen very light pink blood while wiping down there,but I used a tampon and seen brown . I took a test because I thought I could have been pregnant ( boyfriend is trying to get me pregnant) but it came back negative , I am really scared because I do have lupus and idk if it s the depo or just me ... Please help

You need to get an ultrasound (whole abdomen) to be done to rule out the problem along with CBC and urine culture and sensitivity.
