General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

She can have gastritis like stomach mucosa inflammation or small peptic ulcer in stomach.

She should be given one week course of antacid like pantoprazole. She should be advised to take less spicy foods and more cooked oatmeal in the meal.

Kindly advise her not to take excess tea, coffee and avoid stress. If no improvement than USG abdomen scan should be done for further workup.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
