What Causes Severe Pain In Testicle Along With Thin Watery Discharge?

I am currently experiencing pain in my left testicle (ranging from about 6-8/10 in terms of pain), this is the first time this has happened and it s been about 20mins/half an hour. Also at the same time my ejaculate is very thin and watery. I can t help but think these things are related and there must be a reason behind the pain. Should I be worried or seek medical attention?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Experiencing pain with thin watery ejaculate would indicate infection of the testis.
Kindly get an ultrasound scan of scrotum done along with doppler study to know what could be the cause of it.
It would be better you seek consultation with a Surgeon in this regard at the earliest.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
