What Causes Severe Pain In Testicles?
I have severe ache and pain in testicles, especially when sitting down. I have taken 6 weeks antibiotics which hasn't helped. Im running out of ideas as to what i could be. I was fully screened of sti's and results were negative. What else could it be?

Your concern is understandable.
As an Urologist, let me advise that, if a scrotal ultrasound scan with doppler, has not been done, it should be done. It will give good information regarding condition of the two testis internally.
It also gives idea of structures around the testis,based on which your doctor can give you specific treatment.
If you've any other doubts, you're welcome to send it in my name, with the scan and reports, with medication taken so far. Wish you well.
