What Causes Severe Pain In The Abdomen After Having Food?

Hello I am a 37 year old active mother of 2 children ages 13 and 16 and everytime I eat even if its just a little bit I have terrible stomach pains that make me feel like I m going to pass out then I go to the bathroom and the only thing that comes out is something that looks like chunks of greasy fat that would be on a cooked steak and it doesn t smell like feces at all. Whats wrong with me?
