What Causes Severe Pain In The Abdomen And Back With Blood In Urine?

I went to the emergency room with severe pain in my abdomen and back with bllod in my urine. I was diagnosed with a kidney infection and a non obstructive 2 mm calculus stone in the upper pole of my right kidney. After being on antibiotics and pain meds for the last 6 days I am still in pain. My doctor says that the stone would not cause this much pain. Is he correct?

Yes the stone is too small to.cause sooo.much of pain please.get another scan done to.know the exact.cause.of the pain and get back here with the scan
