What Causes Severe Pain In The Abdomen And Vomiting?
Since 2014 I have had several episodes of sever abdominal that feels almost like labor pains. They go on for many hours, culminating in explosive vomiting .two or three times...of several quarts of emesis. The first one sent me to the ER. I ended up having a herniorraphy and small bowe resection. I thought that would solve my problem, but it hasn t. In February I had gallbladder surgery. My surgeon said he removed a gallstone the size of a quail s egg . Since then I have had two more episodes of this terrible pain and vomiting. In preparation for the GB surgery I had several ultrasounds, a small bowel follow-through and another 2 hour test which determined that my GB was only functioning at 16% of normal. All of the tests were normal except the last one...thus the surgery. Since the GB was removed my bowel movements have been mostly semi-liquid, but just once per day,
